Your goal may be fuller ends, a longer silhouette, more dimension, or a blend that feels like your own. We begin with what your natural hair can support and build your plan from there.

Fine strands and low density are not the same thing. Curl pattern alone is not the whole match. I consider texture, strand thickness, density, color, and styling habits together—because a beautiful result should make sense beyond the reveal.

K-Tips are not suitable for every person or every area of the scalp. Your assessment may lead to a modified plan, a postponed service, or a different recommendation.

    Start with your story.

    Tell us what you want to change, how you wear your hair, and what matters most. Your inquiry helps start a thoughtful conversation—not a one-size-fits-all quote.

    Consult, assess, align.

    We discuss your texture, density, hair and scalp history, color history, styling habits, and goals. Virtual consultations are available; final suitability is confirmed in person.

  3. 03

    Reserve your experience.

    Review your personalized proposal, investment, and appointment plan. Your required retainer and completed paperwork come before custom ordering and preparation.

  4. 04

    Create your custom hair.

    Hair is selected for its texture, strand characteristics, color, length, and fullness. Where your plan calls for it, ponytails are blended, toned or colored, and prepared into handcrafted K-Tips.

  5. 05

    Place with intention.

    We confirm the final plan together. Bond size, weight, and placement are tailored to the natural hair supporting them, with blending and finishing shaped around your result.

  6. 06

    Care beyond the chair.

    Leave with personalized home-care guidance and recommended check-in and removal timing. Daily care and professional follow-up are part of the experience.

Selection before installation

Texture is personal.
So is the match.

I work with hair from different sourcing origins and compare the actual ponytails—their movement, curl, strand diameter, and fullness. The goal is to select hair that complements your own, not to make your hair fit a predetermined bundle.

One plan may call for a single texture. Another may benefit from a considered blend. The amount of hair is selected around your natural density, desired shape, and the support available in each area.

More hair is not automatically a better installation.

Shade selection, ponytail blending, toning, and color work can create a more cohesive finish. Natural-hair color is assessed separately and included only when specified in your plan.

02 / Custom bonds

Individual decisions.

Handcrafted K-Tips allow bond size and weight to be considered alongside the natural hair supporting each attachment. A single bond size is not the answer for every area.

03 / Custom placement

Your hairline, parting, natural density, and styling preferences guide placement. We discuss realistic coverage and styling options before the installation begins.

Your investment reflects the hair selected, length and density goals, sourcing requirements, custom preparation, color work, and installation design.

Your written proposal identifies the hair, preparation, installation, blending, finishing, and any additional services included in your specific plan. Natural-hair color, future maintenance, removal, and reinstallation are not assumed to be included.

Consultations are a standalone professional service: $100 online or $200 in person. The consultation fee reserves Octavia’s time and expertise and is not credited toward your installation. Your separate installation retainer and payment deadlines are confirmed in writing before custom work begins.
