Distance does not end the conversation.
Online consultations are available for out-of-state clients. If Hairapy is the right fit, you may travel to the Roswell studio for service.
Octavia also travels by request. Travel services depend on the requested service, location, schedule, and approved travel arrangements. Please do not book transportation or accommodations until your service plan and appointment are confirmed.

Your consultation is its own service.
Full payment is required before your consultation is confirmed. The $100 online or $200 in-person fee reserves Octavia’s time and professional expertise. It is not a deposit and is not credited or applied toward a future installation.
An inquiry, proposed date, or conversation with the AI concierge does not create an appointment. Installation retainers are separate and are collected only after you review and accept your written plan.
