I’m Octavia Jackson, the founder of Hairapy Studio, a licensed master cosmetologist, K-Tip specialist, and educator based in Roswell, Georgia.

Georgia peach.
Born at Grady Memorial and raised on Atlanta’s east side, I’m a true Georgia peach. Hair has been part of my life since I was fourteen—long before it became my profession.
My path included time at Georgia Southern before pursuing my cosmetology education at Georgia Career Institute. Today, that early love of hair lives in the detailed, personalized work I create at Hairapy Studio.
The passion came first. The credentials followed.

my craft.
I’m a proud mother to a beautiful daughter, the oldest of seven siblings, and a pet mom to one dog and two cats.
I love gaming and streaming, movies, amusement parks, skating, and exploring all kinds of music and food. My interests don’t fit into one category—and I like it that way.
Hair is a huge part of who I am, but connection is what makes this work meaningful. I look forward to getting to know the person behind your transformation, too.
